The 2012 Corporate Handshake award was presented to Ivy Tech Community College-Lafayette on November 16 during the 8th Annual Relationships to Partnerships Luncheon, held at Purdue Memorial Union and hosted by the Supplier Diversity Development Coalition of Greater Lafayette. Ivy Tech is also a member of the coalition.
The Corporate Handshake Award is presented to an organization that has demonstrated consistent commitment to supplier diversity. Nominees must exemplify model behavior in the outreach efforts for minority and women owned business including follow-up meetings, site visits, and mentoring.
